Dear OpTrackers, Today’s idea is a nano-cap London-listed company and therefore is really only interesting to tiny funds or personal accounts. It’s a really interesting example of the places following the people can get you.
Interesting idea, curious to know more about the CFD part of the investment and how the movement of underlying security will move the value of CFD (hence KLSO NAV). And thanks a lot for the the past writing from very unique perspective into companies! :)
Not an expert but my understanding is that a CFD is basically a synthetic representation of shares in the company, but you are able to buy them with leverage. So you can buy $100k worth of exposure to the stock by only putting down $30k of cash to fund the position.
So it's a bit like an at-the-money call option and a bit like buying stock on margin.
